Shiny Accelgor is Accelgor's shiny form: a different colour, and stronger, with 30% more health and move damage than a normal Accelgor. Shinies are the strongest Pokémon in the game.
How rare it is
Every Accelgor you defeat on a map has a 1 in 15,000 chance to drop Shiny Accelgor. A hunting chain on Accelgor makes it up to 4× likelier, and the Shiny Charm 1.5×.
Where to find it
Beat Accelgor on these maps (a shiny sometimes defends a map itself, stronger than its kind):
| Map | Region | Level |
|---|---|---|
| Route 8 Steamdrift Way | Galar | 99 |
Past level 100
A shiny never becomes a Nightmare form: at 5★ and level 100 it Ascends instead, keeping its shine and its name, and climbs the Nightmare ranks to level 999. See The Nightmare World.
