Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Pocket Arena at pocketarena.org (the "game"). By signing in or playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

The game

Pocket Arena is a free browser game. Some optional extras can be bought with Arena Coins. We may change, add or remove features, maps, items and balance at any time to keep the game fun and fair.

Your account

• You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for what happens on your account, so keep your Discord account secure.
• One account per person. Don't sell, share or transfer accounts.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use the game.
• Pick a trainer name that isn't offensive or impersonating someone. We may rename accounts that break this.

Fair play

Don't cheat. That means no bots, scripts or automation outside the game's own features, no exploiting bugs, no attacking or overloading our servers, and no harassing other players. If you find a bug, please tell us instead of using it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove anything gained by breaking them.

Arena Coins and purchases

• Arena Coins, the Arena Pass and other items bought with them are a limited license to use virtual content inside the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to other accounts.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• The Arena Pass lasts for the time shown when you buy it. It is not a subscription and never renews by itself.
• Purchases are final once the coins or items are delivered, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund. If something you paid for didn't arrive, contact us and we'll fix it.
• If a payment is refunded or charged back, we may remove the coins or items it bought.

Availability

We work to keep the game running, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees. It may be unavailable at times, and we may end the game in the future; if we do, we will give notice in the game or on our Discord.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost progress, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live that can't be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make a significant change, we'll say so in the game or on our Discord. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
