Every battle costs stamina: 3 for each defender on the map. Your stamina bar holds 120 and refills by itself, about a point a minute.
Potions
- Potions restore stamina up to your maximum; only the Full Restore can go past it.
- Won battles often give some stamina back as a potion, and Bento Boxes are packed with them.
- The Poké Mart sells up to 240 stamina of potions a day.
More stamina
- The Arena Pass raises your maximum by half and makes stamina come back faster.
- A Stamina Refill (Arena Coins, a few a day) fills the bar at once.
- Bigger battles cost more: gym floors add stamina each floor, and raids cost 20.
