Daily quests
You get four quests a day, new at midnight (UTC): an Easy one, a Medium one, a Hard one and a wildcard (sometimes Very hard, sometimes something unusual). They ask things like winning on a map, defeating a species, clearing a gym floor or evolving a Pokémon, always things you can do with the maps you've cleared. Each shows its reward; claim it before the day ends.

Missions
Missions are long-term goals, each paid once:
